Method of Preparation:
In a heavy bottom pot, mix grated apples with the rest of the ingredients on low heat.
Simmer and cook for 45 minutes to an hour until mixture is soft, dry and dark in colour. All moisture should be absorbed.
Serve with vegetarian curries.
